When will I receive me order?
It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Estimated shipping times for the US are 4 to 11 days. Please allow additional time for international orders.
Do you offer returns?
For damaged and misprinted products, yes. If the wrong order was sent to you, yes. For size exchanges, no. Please see our size charts for your convenience and order with confidence.
How do I report damaged or misprinted products? How do I report if I was shipped the wrong order?

What are your care instructions?
To ensure that your purchase stays in the best shape, please follow these instructions.
- Washing: turn your garment inside out, hand wash or machine wash on gentle/delicate cycle, use cold water, and wash separately or with similar colors.
- Drying: line/hang dry (preferred) or tumble dry low.
- Ironing: not recommended but if you do so, turn your garment inside out to iron.
- Bleaching: do not use bleach.
How is personal information stored and transmitted?
Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you browse or enter your information at checkout. The payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) we offer for your convenience deploy security tools like data encryption and anti-fraud technology to curb the risk of data fraud and to keep user data as secure as possible.
